The 2021 Riesling has notes of Meyer lemon, apple, pear and a touch of pepper mingle on the nose. The fruit notes continue through on the palate, but hints of stone fruit and pineapple stand out as well. There is a nice biscuit texture to wine and the acidity is juicy but well integrated.
Our Rose is on the dryer side and is composed of Rhone style wines. The nose has a bouquet of fresh garden mint, lavender, thyme, and white flowers. On the palate, tropical notes of pineapple, juicy lemon and cantaloupe delight the senses.
On the nose, white flowers, green apple, pineapple, and quince welcome you in. The palate offers notes of chamomile, lime, lemon, and passion fruit. The wine has a nice weight to it and the acidity is fresh and juicy.
Our 2022 vintage is fruity and refreshing, with tropical aromas give way to bright notes of pear, green apple and lemon. A rich mouthfeel is balanced with fresh minerality, and juicy acidity.
Tropical and fresh with notes of Asian pear, creamed honey, a touch of apple and wet stone, you’ll also find a medley of pineapple, melon and star anise atop a bright and minerally palate. This Chardonnay also has a beautiful background of integrated oak and vanilla spice.
